Phoenix Tribe CLOSED for recruitment

Phoenix Tribe is a seasoned PVP corporation specializing in small gang warfare. We have developed a reputation for guts, high activity and high damage. Because of some members recent inactivity we are now looking for new recruits to bolster our existing (mostly EU, but some US) playerbase. We aim for a maximum of 5 new active members.
We base primairly out of Great Wildlands region and are NBSI.

Requirements:
- Prior PVP experience and demonstrated performance
- 15 mill skillpoints in pvp skills minimum
- Able to field a T2 fitted bs and a recon/hac cruiser
- Able to follow orders when shit hits the fan
- Self sufficiency
- Able to have a good laugh

What we expect from our pilots:
- No unnesecary carebearing! (why carebear when you can join in on a gang and have fun;)
- High priority on PVP
- A decent amount of activity (RL is first, ofc!)
- Smart and careful flying
- Interest in teamwork, mature behaviour, sense of humor and above all... having fun!
- Ventrilo installed and being able to listen minimum
